Overall, I am satisfied with my PRK operation. I am about one week out of postop. I still do not have 2020 vision however it improves daily. during the procedure I wish there was a little bit more communication about what was going on step-by-step because I could see things coming in my eye, but I wasnt sure what it was. I had about two days of pain after surgery however it was manageable, especially with resting my Eyes.

I had considered Lasik for several years before getting the is procedure.I was initially nervous as I have an astigmatism and use distance and reading progressive glasses . The procedure went smoothly and my vision is markedly improved for distance. I would argue that my distance vision at night is also much better which is a huge plus. Im just a few days out after the procedure so I am waiting for my reading vision to stabilize. I wish I didnt wait so long.
