Professional, caring and respectful

Arriving at the Boston Vision in Andover I was already greeted by the Host with professionalism and a smile. As I was feeling nervous when I walked in this immediately put me at ease. I arrived early but was taken back for some exams right on my scheduled time. After maybe an hour and a half of exams, checks, confirmations, assurances, I was brought into the room where they would perform the Laski on my eyes. I did the distance Lasik on both my eyes. The process was fast and painless. The assurance by the doctor and staff put me completely at ease. After the procedure I was able to walk myself to the waiting area. I did close my eyes for a full four hours as this was the recommendation afterwards. The reaction when I opened my eyes was to instantly emotional because I could finally see without my glasses that I have been wearing since age 8. I am so grateful for the Staff and Doctors at Boston Vision. I couldnt recommend a better, safer, professional environment. 100 Recommend.
