Dr Patel is very nice. She is helpful and Professional. She prescribed an eye drop that really helped my dry eyes! And I had seen two other Drs. Concerning this problem and nothing worked. I feel confident She could take competent care of any issue I would have.

Was a great visit

I enjoyed a truly great experience today at Boston Vision in Andover! Starting with the friendly greeting by the receptionist when I entered, to my eye tests performed by Rossy, straight through to my visit with Dr. Yao, the entire process was great! Each person with whom I interacted took especially good care of hygiene (masks, wiping of equipment, etc.), had excellent interpersonal skills and was patient and thorough. The office is clean, spacious and tastefully designed. The team was thorough and caring without causing me to feel rushed. Thanks to all!!
