Had my first visit for a consultation. The testing does feel a bit lab rattish (not a lot of explaining. You dont wear a patient ID band like at many appointments but I was asked at somepoint to verify my DOB). You eventually see an optometrist (not the MD who will do the surgery itself) she gave very good explanations and answered questions. She definitely made me feel more comfortable than I think i would have without her. I am an ICU nurse and Ive taken care of some gruesome eye injuries. My mother died of eye cancer. Eyes creep me out and I feel much better. Im eager to schedule and will be sure to update of and when I have a procedure. Im not a lasik candidate and the rationale was clearly described.

Dr Lees professional manner expertise was above beyond my expectation. Her explanations of my issues was very clear and she answered all of my questions patiently without trying to rush me out of the door

The experience was positive from start to finish. Everyone was pleasant and punctual. Dr Urman came out and spoke to me before the procedure. It only takes minutes once it begins. My vision is great.
