Everyone was very pleasant, and the doctor made sure I understood what was going on with my eyes. The web site should be a bit clearer to make an appointment for a plain yearly eye exam.

Another great experience with Dr.Phillip Gendelman and his team!! I had something fall in my eye a couple days ago and wanted to check in with my eye care team to be sure everything was ok. They are all personable, professional and kind and let me know my eye was fine. I highly recommend the Burlington, MA Boston Vision office, and more specifically, Dr. Phillip!

Short wait, knowledgeable staff. A little disappointed that the staff never introduced themselves except Dr Patel, and I felt the service was like an assembly line. Wished it was more personable . Seems common in many offices these days. Dont know who the young lady was that tested my vision
