Jack, who I had not met before and who prepped me for the doctor (Macie Finkelstein) was EXCELLENT. He was very welcoming and personable; highlighted what was going to be done and when; conducted numerous eye exams, explaining everything along the way; and answered all of my questions and then some.Macie, was her usual effective and delightful self.
