the dr knows what he is doing but the place runs like a machine and you will feel like just a number. i had an allergic reaction to the drops, dont feel it as handled well. when we called w follow up questions we were given the wrong dosing information for the new drops. Be ready to be ushered in and out, good intended staff and great skilled dr but need to brush up on what to do if a patients response doesnt fit the norm.
