I was referred to Boston Vision by my primary optometrist. He spoke very highly of the group and is where he refers any of his patients to for any type of procedure.During the evaluation for the traditional LASIK procedure they determined I was not a good candidate for the procedure. I was disappointed to hear this, but although I did not qualify, the staff at Boston Vision, determined that I would be a good candidate for the ICL procedure instead.The staff explained all the reasons why I didnt qualify for LASIK and why the ICL procedure was better for me. I felt very comfortable with the staff and the way they explained everything to me.After making the decision to move forward with the ICL procedure, the staff described all the necessary steps and visits and they described everything in great detail and I understood everything every step of the way.The procedure and all the follow-ups went well and my vision is perfect now, without the need for contacts or thick chunky glasses! And I can see now in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning without fumbling for glasses.

I was introduced to this place by a colleague in 2017. Even back then. Very professional. Did not try to sell me on things I did not need. I originally went to LASIK on both eye and the day of the surgery it was recommended that I only do one. Not one issue with the procedure. I went back this year because I wanted to get my up close vision fixed. Great job. Great staff and assistance on the follow up appointments. I do and have recommended this place. Everyone in my family has gone here. Nothing beats opening your eyes and seeing clearly.

Have been going to Dr Phillip Gendelman for many years. He is very professional, knowledgable, and caring about my eyesight. He carefully explains my eye condition and issues as well as answering all my questions in detail.
