Punctual and friendly

I got a red eye that looks terrifying, so I went to see my favorite eye doctor at Boston Vision. She was not there , but Clara ,the receptionist, immediately booked me with another doctor and I had been seen within an hour. Thats service. They assured me that was nothing to worry about it and I went home happy. Thank you Boston Vision for your excellent service.!They are my regular eye care provider and had been going there for years.

Staff were all excellent, Reception, assistants, and the doctor. However, I had to wait 40 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment. I wasnt advised of the wait or of progress towards being seen.

My first time with Dr. Arroyo. He was so Professional and friendly and informative. I will look forward to further visits with him.
