Dr. Patel and her staff are very professional and welcoming from the front desk to the assistants who do the checking of the eyes before she sees you. She is very knowledgeable and has a positive nature when talking to you as well.

My anxiety level was high and the experience proved that it was unfounded. Such a smooth and well-orchestrated process, awesome job Boston Laser! Dr. Brenner is very good at what he does.
