I just had my annual eye exam at the Andover office, and it couldnt have gone more smoothly. I was checked in by a very friendly staff member and within minutes I was greeted by a technician who escorted me into the pre-test equipment area. They are really so organized there! She was very professional and sanitized each piece of equipment before my use. After the pre-tests were completed, I was escorted to see the doctor, who entered the room as I was seated. Dr. Nangle was very personable and professional and gave me a thorough eye exam, which surpassed any eye exam I have had from previous eye doctors offices. I really appreciated the fact that Dr. Nangle discussed in depth my tests results and what she wants to keep an eye on in future exams. I left the office feeling well taken care of and confident in my eye health. Will definitely recommend Dr. Nangle to my family and friends.
