Within a week of having the surgery PRK, I'm extremely happy. It has been improving my vision considerably day by day. My experience has been 5 stars +, only the sensitivity to light the first few days (almost nothing now). Boston Laser was a good choice

I went to Boston Laser and received Lasik in one eye. During my evaluation, Dr Brenner suggested that getting just one eye done would give me monovision. At first I was nervous not to do both, but I came around to the idea and I'm very happy I did. On my first day I was able to read close up, while having a much sharper vision for distance. The procedure was quick and expertly performed. I'm very happy with my choice to go to Boston Eye Group and Dr Brenner.

The prep and information regarding my surgery made me feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Brenner made me feel comfortable and informed as well. I was given valium before the surgery, but I dont think it worked. I got very nervous during the surgery, but it still went well. I was able to see immediately after the surgery, and my recovery went well as well. I wasnt too sensitive to light and didnt experience many side effects (halos, etc). My eyes did stay red for a long time (about four weeks). After the surgery, my vision was not perfect however, and my right eye was slightly worse than the left eye. As time passed, the vision improved slightly in both. Still, I am able to read and see fine.
