I am a fairly new patient at Boston Vision in Brookline. I followed Dr Urlman when he relocated to Boston Vision having been a patient of his for a number of years. The staff at this new location couldnt be nicer, helpful and efficient. It is important to note the weather that day was treacherous high winds and pouring rain that made me 15 minutes late.I called to let the front desk know very stressed. They were very reassuring. I also was stressed when I realized I was missing my Credit card. I have all the confidence in the staff and Dr. Urlman.
